By using GlowMaxx AI, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written to be clear, not confusing.

By downloading, installing, or using the GlowMaxx AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

GlowMaxx AI provides AI-powered face analysis and personalized skincare and self-improvement plans. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not:

• Use the App to upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code or AI models
• Use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or subscription to others

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use GlowMaxx AI. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at find4aim@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

GlowMaxx AI offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis and are managed through Google Play Billing.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance

5. AI Analysis Disclaimer

GlowMaxx AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze facial features and generate improvement plans. These results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

AI analysis results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and other factors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any analysis result.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within GlowMaxx AI — including but not limited to the App design, AI models, improvement plans, text, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive property of GlowMaxx AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

Your photos and personal data remain yours. By submitting photos for analysis, you grant us a temporary, limited license solely to process them for the purpose of generating your analysis results.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GlowMaxx AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowMaxx AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GlowMaxx AI at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of GlowMaxx AI after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
